Beach of Samas

It is recreation region with slope slightly beach, locate 24 Km from towncenter of Yogyakarta. Easy reach by many kind of vehicles, good road, developed acomodation and restaurant. The visitors can see fish and shrimp safeguarding by Dept. of Fishing of Province of DIY.

As the souvernirs, the visitors can stop by Bantul City to buy special foods of this region called "geplak" (soft food made from coconut that cooked by sugar and combined with fruits appropriate with our taste)
